On Wednesday, May 24 at 10:30 a.m., lawyers from personal injury firm Grungo Law, as well as other attorneys representing four-year-old New Jersey State Park drowning victim Cami Grinnell, will hold a press conference updating the public on the latest developments with the case to hold those responsible for Cami’s death accountable for this tragedy.

Participants in the discussion will include attorneys from Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett & Bendesky, Grungo Law, and Yvonne Grinnell, Cami’s mother.

Cami Grinnell, a former Willingboro, N.J. resident, drowned last September while on a group trip in Bass River State Forest to Lake Absegami. Cami was permitted to enter the water without adequate swimming experience or any floating devices to help her. Despite the presence of a trip sponsor, lifeguards, supervisors, and a valiant attempt by two nurses to rescue her, Cami’s life could not be saved.

In addition to presenting the latest happenings in the case, attorneys representing the Grinnell family will also address what steps people can take to prevent such a tragedy from happening again in the upcoming and future summer seasons. The event will be held at Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett & Bendesky on the 52nd floor at 1650 Liberty One in Philadelphia, PA.
